GIFT Cards

WE have visited today the MAX store in R R MALL surat, Gujarat, there is big board at the payment counter that to purchase the GIFT card and we purchased it but at the counter staff refused to entertain the GIFT card citing the reason that it was some lifestyle system so they will not entertain the MAX GIFT card, However it was totally misleading the consumer, at the store gate board of MAX is hosted, even at the Payment counter it was BIg Board to purchase GIFT Card and hence we purchased the gift card, now that gift card is no longer valid on max store in surat than what should i do with that card, its nothing but a cheating, We request consumer complaints department to take strick action against the malpractices of the company and refund our money togather with interest and panalty on the company

Non- returning of product

I ordered a product from MaxFashion and received the same on 11th April, 2021. The product did not fit me well and therefore I requested for a pick up on the same day, i.e., 11th April, 2021.
Initially they cited lockdown as a reason for the delay in pick up and every time I contacted their helpline, their agents would re-launch my complaint and would ensure the return by the new scheduled date. Like this, till now I have contacted five of their agents and all would do the same. To calm down the customer, they will say all the time that even though our return policy is 30 days, in your case we have extended it. So, please try to cooperate. Its been above 2 months now that I am cooperating with them.
Their reason was acceptable to me till the time their was a lockdown here at my town. It has been a month now since the lockdown has been lifted at my place and all the online services are active. I am a frequent online shopper and therefore I know this very well. Be it Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa or Nykaa fashion, I know they are all active here because I have ordered in last one month from each of these website.
What is even more funnier is that one of their agent mentioned this that even during this lockdown, their delivery services are active but they are not allowed for a pick-up at my place. Unbelievable!!!
I even sent them a big email explaining my issue and other details and once again, they re-raised my return request for the 5th time, I guess.
I just want them to let me know the genuine reason behind not scheduling a pick up and give me the final date of pick up of this product and return my money (though I am doubtful for this too based on their current behavior).

I have tried placing order for clothes 2 times in the month of september but the order was not placed and amount was debited from my account. The first time the amount got refunded in few days but the 2 nd time was on 29th september and the same situation happened again. I tried reaching out to them but everytime they came up with new reason for failed transaction. They sent a screenshot saying we have auto refunded and issue might be with the bank and when i checked with bank and came to know that issue was not from bank and informed the same to max fashion they started saying it is a 3rd party issue and not an issue with them or the bank. Its been a month but no refund has been processed. I need the refund amount asap.

The issue that i have experienced was: the above order - [protected] consists of 8 items.
Order was placed on 25th of may 2020. Only 2 items till date (24th jun) has been delivered. The rest 6 items is pending and the status is in-process.
It has been a month time and still the items are not delivered. Please look into this.

This order consists of 8 products, which were placed on 25th May2020. In the app, it has been mentioned that products will be delivered in 3 deliveries. 2 deliveries which consists 1-1 products have been delivered on 14-15 june 2020. The last delivery which consists of 6 products worth INR 2117.80 still has not delivered.
It's been more than 1 and half months, still the products have not been delivered. Daily I am calling customer care, however they are not resolving the issue.
They are giving false information.
Kindly do the needful ASAP.

Max didn't process refund automatically. So i have to email and call customer support several times. I have sent more than 30 emails, but they tells via email and call refund will issue. But they are not doing it and closing the tickets. Such a poor customer support from max. It's more than a month now. They don't have any escalation number or email address. My order id is #[protected]. I had bought a palazzo online, but the wrong size was delivered. Hence i raised a return request and it was cancelled for consecutive 4 times. I had to almost daily contact the customer care for return pick up arrangement. After a lot of struggle it was picked up after 1 month. After pick up was done the refund was not initiated even after waiting for 10 to 15 days. I contacted the customer care again on a daily basis. Everytime the associate would say it will be refunded within 3 working days. Its almost nearing 3 months and the status still says return in progress and there is no refund yet. I also told them that i would never shop again on maxfashion.in. Please close this one but there is no response nor any communication regarding the same
