Maxfort School — Donation for nursery admission

I had admitted my child in class Nursery in Maxfort School, H – Block, Pitam Pura, New Delhi on 19th January, 2015. The school took Rs 49320/- through cheque and gave its receipt. In addition to this amount, it took Rs 50000/- (Fifty thousands only) in cash as Institutional Fund and refused to give the receipt. On 4, Mach 2015, I applied for cancellation of my child’s admission. Now the school has refunded Rs. 43000/- from Rs 49320/-, after deducting one month fees but refusing to refund Rs 50000/- that it took in cash. They are now denying that they have taken this money. I have made audio and video recordings which can serve as proofs, for your reference. It is also to note that the school communicates through a mobile no. [protected] (seems to be a gatekeeper’s mobile no.) and not with the landline numbers. Kindly intervene in this matter and help me in getting my hard – earned money back.
