Hello,

I have made the payment of my Son school (Maxfort School, Pitampura Delhi) yesterday night and the amount also get deducted, but there was an error in the final success screen and due to which it is reflected with the School. Payment amount is Rs 9525.

We requested for TC from Maxfort School, Dwarka on 15th June via mail and phone call. School is not issuing TC even after a month of written request on mail which was well received by the school. They are simply dodging us and its been a month now. We requested via mail on 15th June and the school authorities are simply saying meetings are going on for this matter and still after a month, they are giving the same response. We even requested for fee waiver for July via email as well as hard copy, but no response! Reminder mails were sent and even calls but now they stop responding to calls. Then we went to school so many times but we are simply sent back with the reason that meetings going on for our case

We took admission and puchased the books of Maxfort Dwarka on the last day of school before Summer Vacations. We paid for class 2 and received Cyber tools book of class 1, now the vendor coordinators - Ajay Kapoor and Rishi are not ready to exchange the book. why shall parents suffer and pay double for vendors mistake

My child pick point is paschim Vihar Madhur Apartment, but due to lack of strength, transport department is denying to drop the child at pick point, they are dropping the child at National Market foot over bridge which is not a walking distance. They are responding very rudely and saying to drop the transport facility instead. It is the matter of child safety and both parents are working. Also they haven't opened the paschim Vihar school branch as they promised.

The time of online classes are very much ( 6 hours ) which is obviously not good for children and 6 hours in front of laptop is bad .. plz see to it ..

As per order of DOE, I file documents with Reciept copy of S. Jagat Singh Chadha Charitable Trust for refund(reciept number 031 dated 02/02/10) in Maxfort school Rohini branch on 10th Jan 2017 with assurance of getting refund by 1 month but its almost 40 days, no refund is made.
After contacting Accounts for refund, they say there is no fund available with trust, from July parents are waiting for refund, they confirm us to wait for one month more as till now they also not know how much time it will take to arrange funds in society.
Kindly help in getting donations refund asap or should specify the Turn around time for our Refund as it is not possible to run after school again and again for the refund OR either school must clarify that they are not going to refund this but atleast they should not make fool o[censored]s, they must clarify.

I had admitted my child in class Nursery in Maxfort School, H – Block, Pitam Pura, New Delhi on 19th January, 2015. The school took Rs 49320/- through cheque and gave its receipt. In addition to this amount, it took Rs 50000/- (Fifty thousands only) in cash as Institutional Fund and refused to give the receipt. On 4, Mach 2015, I applied for cancellation of my child’s admission. Now the school has refunded Rs. 43000/- from Rs 49320/-, after deducting one month fees but refusing to refund Rs 50000/- that it took in cash. They are now denying that they have taken this money. I have made audio and video recordings which can serve as proofs, for your reference. It is also to note that the school communicates through a mobile no. [protected] (seems to be a gatekeeper’s mobile no.) and not with the landline numbers. Kindly intervene in this matter and help me in getting my hard – earned money back. I look forward for your help and concern.

My daughter has recently been promoted to 1st standard from Maxfort junior school in Pitampura. On completion the school had to inform us whether the child will be attending the Rohini Branch or the Parwana Road branch, but we got no such information and despite many calls to all 3 schools no information could be learned from them. The school had scheduled days for purchase of books and uniform for children from the parwana road branch. I have never seen such mismanagement. The parents were not allowed to enter the school and had to wait on the road for a chance to go in and get the books. After waiting on the road for over 2 hours some parents got really restless and started shouting at the guards after which we were let in. Despite requesting again and again for a list of the books and other items required, no such list was given and furthermore there was no one from the school management who could help. 6th of April was supposed to be the first day of the school for my daughter and after several calls we were told to take the child to Parwana Road branch where they didn't have any information. My wife also met with the transport manager in the school who was very rude to her and told her that the school transport for which the school is charging approximately Rs. 8000 per quarter will only bring the child to R.P. Bagh and not the correct bus stop as the bus from the junior school. She was also told the only other option is that he put her on a different route bus which would mean that my daughter would reach home more than 40 minutes late and would be the last child on the bus. i visited the school today and again we were made to wait for 15 minutes before we could go to the reception. When we got to the reception we found that our child was being made to sit at the reception and was not sent to her class. when we enquired one teacher said that she has to be sent to paschim vihar branch and another said that she has to be sent to the rohini branch. After we raised our voice a little bit at this gross mismanagement we were told that there was a mistake and the child was supposed to be in this school only in class 1A, whereas yesterday she was sent to class 1C. Even after repeated requests to meet with the principal we were not allowed to meet her and we were told that the principal can only meet after an appointment. And when we tried to make an appointment we were told that we have got your request and we will inform you when principal is available for appointment.

This is not a school but a mad house, They have changed the principal which is not fit for being principal. She is the only principal who is not listening to parents their problems. Normally principal is the front head to which every parent can approch for their ward problems, but here she is not ready to evey meet the parents. I dont know what the hell she thinks about herself. In every two years they change the section of the school students. My son is studying in this school when this change of section takes place he become mentally & emotionally imbalance. This is all the principal stupid & idiotic idea of changing the children sections after every two years, how can she mentally torture mind of small kida, she is... not to say but wacko. I dont know why management has changed the previous principal she was much more mature & provocative. This school is getting worser day by day.
More over as per govt regulation no hike is required in the school fees still again this year in 2013 the school management has again hiked the fees. They are cutting our pockets like theaves. May be we should unite together to fight on my mentioned issues.
HORRIBLE SCHOOL / HORRIBLE STAFF and a BIG NO TO EACH PARENT

As my son has been shortlisted by Maxfort School, Pitampura we went there to submit the fee before their last date on[protected] where we got to know that apart from the fee amount of 45000/- we also have to give 40000/- in the name of G.Jagat Charitable trust which is not an ethical practice. Also if my son get shortlisted in other schools at their cutoff and we want to admit him in one of those schools then these 40000/- of charity will not be refunded.I stricktly feel these are unethical practices due to following reasons
1. You can not force ant third party to pay charity for you.
2. Why there is a variation of cut off dates when we know that unless we have all the chioces of slection in schools we have to submit fee in pressure in one school who have teir end dates earlier than others
3. Delhi Government should come with a ranking list of all the schools in state to give parents an ease to choose.

My child has been selected for nursery admission in maxfort school, Rohini.The school is demending Rs 73500 including RS 40000 as institutional fee.Since my ward has not been selected in first list of any other school ,it has become mandatory for us to secure admission in this school. In the event of admission in any other school in second list, this fee remains non refundable.Is it legal for the schools to demand such an exorbitant amount ? Can we do something about this? kindly help

My Ward passed out 1st class from Maxfort School (Pitampura). I have recently changed his school, and asked Maxfort School to provide me School Leaving certificate, as it is mandatory to submit it to new School. I followed up the school for several days, and at last I got a reply that you have to submit 1 to 2 months of fees in advance as you didnt inform us on time, we have blocked 1 seat just because of your child, so you have to pay the penalty.

It was so ridiculous to hear about it, these school management people are minting money, they have got so rich by cutting our pockets, but the unfortunate part is that nobody is there to listen, these rich people are growing day by day, and poor people and middle class always suffers. And the worst part is that they doesnt feel ashamed of what they are doing.

They all are taking advantage of the poor law & order system of our country. I am really feeling sick, they have left no choice but to pay, but this time I dont want to bow before them.

At the time of admission also, they asked us to donate 25K in the form of donation to Tandon Education Society, they are doing it all openly, arent afraid of anything.

In fact, on the name of school, they are behaving like Mafia.

Kindly help me out, what to do against them. any reply or mail/call will be highly appreciated.
