Maxfort School — Vendor (Redrabbit) of Maxfort Dwarka gave wrong book and not ready to exchange

We took admission and puchased the books of Maxfort Dwarka on the last day of school before Summer Vacations. We paid for class 2 and received Cyber tools book of class 1, now the vendor coordinators - Ajay Kapoor and Rishi are not ready to exchange the book. why shall parents suffer and pay double for vendors mistake
