I am regularly calling on[protected]Spoke with Pratiksha & Payal), they provided me their senior's no [protected] (Manoj kumar) but this person is not responding at all, if he doesn't have his responsibility towards his client what the hell he doing in your company. Your customer care is totally useless, they cant handle their client properly, am i foolish calling you all the time. And i have paid you money so its your bloody duty to give me proper service. And i give you the last warning to return my cell with proper repair or give me the new handset or I assure you I am working in Media and my one statement can lose your whole sale in market and If i don't get any call today itself about my proper feedback of my mobile i will definitely go to consumer court which is not a big thing to do for me .
