It is very unfortunate that we connect on this forum rather than in person. Let’s get to the point.

Mazenet’s Train and Hire program is running as scheduled. Your batch that started on 28.09.2018 is progressing well on time and the sessions are right on schedule. Your batch mates will be completing the training and are enthusiastic about onboarding the top MNC very soon.

It is you who chose to step down from the training without informing us. We could have resolved any issues you had with the help of the team. We are only willing to help out our trainees in every way we can.

The train and hire program does assure you a job in a top MNC provided you complete the course and the assessment tests successfully. Your initiative and hard work are also required. Further, this is a paid program and you were informed about it, way before you joined the training.

Again, we do not hold any documents of our trainees except for the agreement signed by them.

Going through your allegations, it is very clear that they are all false and misconstrued. We regret that we had to reach out to you here, instead of a face to face meeting with our train and hire team members who would have given you a better solution.
