MBMC (Mira Bhayander Muncipal Corporation) — Name transfer from Builder to owner

To Prabhag adikari,

I Bimal kumar lal applied for transfer of name from builder to my name in 2015 for below mentioned shops. Already following up about the same with Prabhag Adikari and commissioner office but nothing yet.

Shop no 9 and 19, O.P.Commerce, Navghar road, Bhayandar East
Malmatta kramank -H[protected]

I submitted Application form and copies of Agreement, Stamp duty, registration, All government pavti, House tax duly paid.
I purchased, forms, files, etc as separate files were made for each shop.I have paid all my house taxes without delay. Nothing is pending.

Every year went to follow up on this transfer.
Now the MBMC OFFICER says they cannot find files and officer died.
Where is my mistake in this?

Please help me with this name transfer.
Officers in No 82 second floor at talao road say We are new, we don't know where previous person throw your file.
Please don't trouble a senior citizen with routine transfer of name.
