To Prabhag adikari,
I Bimal kumar lal applied for transfer of name from builder to my name in 2015 for below mentioned shops. Already following up about the same with Prabhag Adikari and commissioner office but nothing yet.

Name change in property tax-Property tax number -O020017245012

Hello Sir/Madam,
Myself Sangita Sinha, I have submitted all document for property tax name transfer in 2018, I have done follow up also, recently when I visited Ghodbunder office I gave the xerox of reciept and the document given by Mbmc. Whenever I call I get the message that once we will do you will get a call.
Property tax number -O[protected]
Please suggest to get this resolved.

Delay in Name change in Property Tax

My Property code is E1400311. I had applied for a name change on 20/1/15.
I had submitted attested copies of
Agreement
Share Certificate
I had also submitted a NOC from Society
Therafter I visited the office on 22/7/15. I was told that I had not paid property tax for current year. I made a payment of Rs 1657 on 22/7/15 and submitted the receipt along with my file. In the next 2-3 days, I was told my file has been submitted to the officer on the ground floor becuase all documents are now correct.
In front of me the officer on the ground floor got my file checked and signed. Thereafter my file is kept in the cabin of an officer by the name Swapnil. But everyday his assistant /officer in charge is telling me to come next week. Finally he has taken my number and has told that he will call me.
I asked him if there is any problem in my documents then let me know. He always says that the officer is busy and does not have any time to sign the files. There are many files that he has to sign. Are they playing these games becuase they want a bribe from me to move my file ahead.
Please look into the matter and let me know.

I am Mr. Vijay Manohar Bhuwad. I had applied for name transfer from my property tax bill on 26/02/2012.
I had submitted file with all required documents & also received signed Xerox copy after checking & verifying of all documents by your officer.
I submitted all this documents at Talaw road office, Bhayandar East.
My property no. is F[protected], Application no. is 31423, and Application date is 26/02/2012.
Even after taking lots of follow ups from 2012, still my work of name transfer is pending with MBMC. Every time when I visited to office they use to saying “ Abhi aapka signature hona baki hai bad mai aaiye”
Hence this is kind request to you that pls. do the needful from your end as early as possible.
Kindly intervene & help to resolve the issue.
