This incident is of dated 18th July 2023, it was heavy raining and I was looking for a bus from Sainath bus stop to Thane east bus stop, while two bus of MBMT came i.e. Bus no. 1899 and Bus no. 1322 but they didn't stop. Bus driver of bus no. 1899 made gesture saying this is not stop and conductor of bus no.1322 stopped for getting down passenger but when I tried to step up, he said this is not stop, you cannot get into bus. Like seriously, it is heavy raining, all passengers are waiting for bus for hours and what we get ? Please take action against your drivers and conductors, it is humble request and one thing I want to highlight, on same day when I went to incharge who sits in kopri bus stop who gives complaint forms, when I told him this whole incident, inspite of registering my complaint he said 1899 belongs to us but due to some problem bus couldn't come to kopri, which he lied then I ask him about bus no. 1322 then he said that bus doesn't belong to us, that might be of NMMT, again lied . So please you are requested to take action against this.
