The uttan to bhayander or chowk to bhayander buses has a timetable but why don't they follow it. Some times they get cancelled also then what the passengers should do. There are many buses of mbmt but why do they run only few bus on the route like: uttan to manori, gorai, bhayander station. Where about 80% crowd traveling from this route.
Please take it seriously the feedback.

It is almost 15 days that the 9 am AC bus route number 10 of MBMT from Bhayander to Thane is cancelled. THey say that the Bus have gone for repair. But the real reason is that the buses are ready. They are not making payment to showroom and hence showroom is not giving delivery. We are suffering daily in this hot weather due to this unprofessionalism. Please take action

Today, dated 6th feb, i was travelling by ac bus no 29 which runs from patlipada thane to Mira Road station last stop. The conductor billa no n refused to give me my change of 30rs back and when i asked him for it, he kept saying he would give it to us later. Due to some problem i want get off at the kashimira bus stop and that is when he told us he was out of change. Although he had enough change to return to all the other passengers. He is shouting on me n he have very rude beheviour n bad language. He will trying to cheat me by saying he will took me to police stn . When i agree for that he will say no . Pls look into the matter n take very strick action on this uneithical conductor .my ticket no is 247708, 2477709

Pls punish this conductor for his rudy beheviour n uneithical peheviour
This is not matter of money but every service provider must provide good service n there behaviour must be good

Today, dated 30th november, a friend and me were travelling by bus no. 15 which runs from Mira Road station to Beverly park. The conductor refused to give us our change back and when we asked him for it, he kept saying he would give it to us later. The two o[censored]s had to get off at the bus stop opposite Cinemax and that is when he told us he was out of change. Although he had enough change to return to all the other passengers. When we refused to get off the bus, until we would get our change back, he began arguing and even refused to stop the bus. They stopped the bus 2 stops post our bus stop and we had to walk all the way back. The conductor was very disrespectful and had a very bad way of talking to us girls. bus no. MH04EP516

This is an everyday problem with Bus route No 15 which runs from Mira Road Station to Beverly Park. Since I return late (after midnight), I rely on the bus service. On many occasions there are no buses at the station and they run abruptly according to their whim and fancies. However, on April 14, 2015 (Tuesday), I sniffed something is fishy as one Route No 21 (Bus no MH04-6016) was parked at the place (From Mira Road Station) where No 15 is parked. While I was boarding the bus, the conductor and driver told me that though the timing for the next bus was scheduled at 1:10 am, but it won't ply if there are no crowd. "We won't run the bus if there is only handful of passengers, " the driver told. When I asked them the reason for this, they refused to answer and pointed me towards the depot, where they manipulate things at their will. As I attempted to take a picture of the bus, the driver literally threatened me. However, the bus started, but the conductor and driver forcibly dropped me at the SK Stone (MB Highway) on the pretext that the bus won't go the full distance and will only ply till McDonalds (MB Highway). Now, my question is if they have their way like this on a daily basis, what would happen to the commuters? Increase in Bus no.10
municipal corporation (MBMT) had started bus service to serve for a interest of public. till date My self and other common man unable to locate the bus on timing for our route,
Depot person always excuse that their has no timing to left the bus ,once the bus will get full with passenger we left the bus,if depot person leave the bus without timing then how common person manage their office schedules. you are request to leave the bus on timing , which is more important to job carrying persons.
we have ask for more buses at least in office hours but bus depot person always insulted public and give excuse of not having manpower and buses to serve to the public...
