MBMT — Complainting about the arrogant and unethical bus conductor

The bus conductor was not able to provide the ticket due to rush and on regular basis he provides the ticket once the rush get off but during the visit of some mahanagar officers for checking the ticket he denied to confirm that he provides the ticket to passengers later and due to his unethical and irresponsible behaviour I was charged to pay penalty
