I had ordered from McDonalds, Karkhana, Secunderabad, Telangana. I made the payment and was told my delivery would be done in 55 mins. 45 mins later the delivery agent calls and tells me that the order is cancelled. I ordered around 8:55 p.m on Thursday, 4 May, 2023. At 9:45 p.m I get the call that my order is cancelled and that the store is closed from the zomato delivery agent.
A brand like McDonalds has let me down terribly and has put me into huge inconvenience as we have to make quick plans as children are left hungry.
This kind of irresponsibility is highly not acceptable from McDonalds. they could have informed us as soon as the order was placed. Was this information helpful? |
