Myself, Dr. Susanta Bhuniya, co-owner of E 796, Chitranjan Park, New Delhi 110019 plot and purchased second floor, on 14 th Jan 2010, without roof rights.
Cellular tower, generator and heavy machinery placed on the roof of second Floor (residence building), with very high voltage connection. Cracks was already developed in the ceiling and walls in second floor, below the tower, machinery and generator.
I came to know from my RTI ID No. 802 dated[protected] to SDMC, cellular tower was regularized by SDMC on the basis of Indus tower application dated[protected] and fee deposited upto 31.12.2019 .
They have not taken NOC of second floor owner.
The question is ----
(1) How SDMC has regularised without NOC of 2nd Floor owner?
(2) How SDMC has regularised with expired agreement copy between Indus tower and Mrs. Amita Chakrabory of roof owner, submitted by Indus Cellular tower; as an attachment for application of regularization.
(3) How SDMC is allowing the tall tower, which is very dangerous from electrical fire, electro magnetic rays radiation on 2nd floor residence family with senior citizen (father 85 years old, bed rested, not able to stand or walk) and earth quake?

Please seal the tower immediately and dismantle, since it is damaging residence 2nd floor and dangerous for life to family members of 2nd floor.
