Mcd East Delhi — Illegally keeping cattle in residence area

In our never hood we have one milk supplier (diary), He has lot of Cattle In Gali No 6 Sarpanch Ka Bara Mandawali, Fazalpur Delhi – 110022. Which is not allowed, but we don’t know how come he is managing the same.
1. Every morning and evening he dump/wash all the animal west on the community drainage which create lot of problem for the other residents of the community, it choke whole drainage system and whole area smell like hell.
2. After milking he relies all his cattle to Gali No 6 Sarpanch Ka Bara Mandawali, Fazalpur Delhi – 110022, Which create hell of problem for transport and whole street is full of cattle **** all the time.
3. Sometime cattle attack kids, while kids are going to school.

We request you please review the same and take some action against this illegal act.
