Mcd - Meenakshi Garden Complaint — illegal construction

There is illegal construction going on wz-38, second floor meenakshi garden new delhi and its roof top. Owner is constructing illegal floors without any approval and kept the life of existing residents in danger. They have also cut existing water connection of wz-38, first floor forcefully and moved it one floor ahead which they have build illegally. The building is an old one and cannot afford additional floor but the owner is boasting of its high profile contacts and using power to do illegal construction. Yesterday a police call was done and beat in-charge stopped illegal construction but there is apprehension that he would start the work again, so i request you to take immediate my complaint for wz-38, second floor and save the life existing residents before any unforeseen even occur.
