Mcdonald - Nexus Mall Food Court @ Suraj — Money Deducted Twice but store manager is not returning after 30days of followup.

Hi Team,

I had made a purchase of food on March 15th 2026 at 9.30 pm for my daughter in McDonald - Food court of Nexus Mall JNTU road Hyderabad. My money got deducted twice and I informed the same to Suraj who is the manager that my money got deducted twice one at 9.30pm and other at 9.32pm on 15th of March 2026. My card ends with 0791 HDFC Credit Card.

I am following up with Suraj from 30th March 2026 which is more than a month. I had given a call on 20th of April 2026 evening which he said the money will be returned in 30 minutes from then he stopped attend calls too. Hence look into the matter and do the needful. Thank you.
