Car damaged due to boom barrier hitting my car Dear sir I'm writing this to show my dissatisfaction regarding inappropriate operation of barrier gates at kherki daula toll plaza. Today (11th oct 2019, friday) at around 9.10 am while i was travelling from gurgaon to delhi, the boom barrier gate (3rd gate from extreme left) at kherki daula toll plaza, suddenly hit my car at driver side although the signal was green and the display showed my remaining trips. After reaching my office parking, i checked my car and found that it has been damaged on windscreen the boom barrier edge was very sharp. While my tag is active then why boom barrier hit on car??. It is major safety issue and sudden hitting may confuse the driver and result in loss of control which may further result in serious accident and injury. Please compensate the damage occurred to my car and since all commuters pay heavy toll charges for commuting, make sure that the boom barriers are protected with thick rubber padding so that if by mistake they fall on someone's car, the car doesn't get damaged.
