On 21st Jan 2022 at 01:05 pm when I was crossing Kherki Daula toll plaza, on my Ford Eco Sport with Registration No. DL12CL3543 the toll barrier suddenly falls on my car and damaged my car front right side pillar.
I registered report on same day with Kherki Daula toll control room, they checked video footage and found fault in their system and I have been given complaint no 15.
Since then I am continuously following up with Mr. Tek Chand the PRO and no response from him.
Kindly provide me a solution
