A small portion of this illegal construction site is destroyed by MCG, but the owner built that portion after 3 days.
Unautorised construction--
1) Three ft chajja elevations outside the building on road
2) Four ft stairs (6 steps) outside on the road
3) Un approved floor over & above the prescribed (gf+ff) floor limit
After MCG demolition drive, owner again constructed the building. Now the owner start his business very easily from this unauthorised & illegal constructed building.
Is this cooparation of MCG Officials ?
No FIR is being done
