MCG — Vacant plot cleaning

Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that the helpline numbers published by the MCG are of no use as no one attends the calls on these numbers. I was continuously trying today to lodge my compliant regarding garbage, wild plants, chameleon, lizards, bad smell in vacant plot no 1213 sector 46 but I could not lodge my complaint on these numbers as the calls were not getting connected or when it got connected, no one was available to pick up the phones.
However, we the resident of H no 1212, 1214 are facing a lot of problems as children use to play in balcony but lot of chameleon & lizards are roming there everytime..

We would, therefore, request you to please give necessary instructions to your concerned staff to connect to the plot owner & clean the plot as soon as possible.

We would be highly thankful of MCG if necessary action is taken immediately in this regard.
