MCS Limited — Deep Discount Bond of Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Limited

Dear Sir, I have found one Deep Discount Bond certificate of Rs-1, 11, 000/= with Registered Folio No- SN 480178; Certificate No-499660; Distinctive No:[protected] in favour of Srikanth Kumar Mukherjee. Unfortunately there was a mistake of bond holder name in the certificate & bond holder was already informed MCS limited on 11.01.2001 to correct his name.

Unfortunately he was getting response from MCS limited on 10.04.2001 to contact any authorised dealer to sell that bond. The bond holder was not selling that bond in that time.

Now we can't receive any amount against that deep discount bond till date and unfortunately the bond holder was deceased.

Now as a legal heir of deceased bond holder I need to know the status of this bond and the procedure how to get that amount. Kindly look into this matter urgently and guide us.
