I will complain about this matter many time through post, mail, fax etc.
But there is no response from the company.
Please look into the matter and take proper arrangements for sending the aforesaid cheque as soon as possible.

I have taken one ssnnl deep bond 1993 on jan 1995. Maturity date was 11 jan 2014 with maturity value rs 1, 11, 000/-. On maturity only rs 50, 000/- was given. When query the reason, reply was the scheme was closed on 2009. No information given. Our money kept by mcs ltd for five years without interest. It is also a scam in india. Our association: the baroda hotel owners association's fixed deposit no.1203570 under l/f no.1203570 dated 7.1.2010 due on 6.1.2013 of sardar sarovar narmada nigam limited. I submitted one Sardar Sarovar Nigam Bonds for Redemption to MCS Limited on Dec 13, 2009. The folio No. is 541382. I am yet to receive the payment for the same (folio 541382).

On enquiry over the telephone I was told that the cheque for the same has been despateched, but till date I have not received any cheque from them.

I happen to visit Ahmedabad in my couisns marriage, and I went to the Office of MCS limited, they Informed that the cheque has not been claimed and now i have to get a notary certificate that the cheque has been lost. I completed all the arrangements as required from the notary and all, and sent the letter and the notary document to MCS office on 12-Aug-2010, in ahmedabad, And Still I have not receievd any cheque from the MCS Limited.

I will be highly obliged if some one from this department could help me.

Respected Sir/madam,

I had sent my IFCI Family Gift bond to MCS Limited for redemption
against your notice. This bond was recieved by MCS personnel at MCS
limited,W-40 Okhla Industrial Area Phase-ii, New Delhi, on 23/12/2003
with receipt no.J38383975 of First Flight Courier.

After 2-3 months MCS sent a reminder to send bond paper which was
already sent earlier and recieved by them.

Again i informed them that i had sent the bond in december only which
was recieved by them as well. They replied that in order to get my
payment, i have to fill and send an application form supplied by them
along with Rs100 Non-judicial stamp paper and a copy of FIR of the
bond being lost from my side.

I had completed all the formalities with the given form along with the
stamp paper and certified by the notary and as i have not lost the
bond from my side i could not get the FIR done.
The courier receipt with MCS receipt and stamp on it, shows that they
had received the bonds and if it was misplaced, it was from their
side.
Now MCS doesnt even reply to my queries, therefore you are requested
to kindly look into this matter and send my redemption amount as soon
as possible.
