MCS Limited — Not paying of interest

I have taken one ssnnl deep bond 1993 on jan 1995. Maturity date was 11 jan 2014 with maturity value rs 1, 11, 000/-. On maturity only rs 50, 000/- was given. When query the reason, reply was the scheme was closed on 2009. No information given. Our money kept by mcs ltd for five years without interest. It is also a scam in india.
