I have claimed reimbursement for maternity. However they have kept rejecting my claim asking for Hospitals Registration certificate. I have submitted incorporation certificate, latest registration certificate. But asking for the admission period registration certificate.
I have never seen any insurance claim asking for such documents even after submitting all other claim documents. Was this information helpful? |
