Mdindia Health Insurance Tpa Private Limited Complaints & Reviews

I have claimed reimbursement for maternity. However they have kept rejecting my claim asking for Hospitals Registration certificate. I have submitted incorporation certificate, latest registration certificate. But asking for the admission period registration certificate.
I have never seen any insurance claim asking for such documents even after submitting all other claim documents....

For the last 60 days I have been getting follow-up for my Claim No. MDI 6191555 but till yet nobody was responding from MD INDIA. Please look into the matter....

This is in reference to the claim id mdi4711549 made by us against the post-hospitalization charges of nidhi agarwal. Please note that already 3 months has lapsed from the date of claim filed i. E 06.03.2019 and we have not yet received the claim amount rs 94, 225/-. Claim status on website shows draft repudiation letter...
