I had submitted a claim form for reimbursement on 09/12/2020 amounting to Rs.3, 139/-, but the claim form has been lost/misplaced by the TPA. They have acdepted the same over the mail but there is no action against the same. For last one & half months they are saying sorry and asking for more time.
How do I resolve this, please help. Receipt copy is attached herewith for your reference.
