I am submit pre & past treatment document on dt 13.11.2020 rs 3321/- in indore office.
But till date i have not receive any amount from md india.

At time of sumbit my cliam md india staff says maximum 21 days settled all claim.
Today is 36 days are gone but no settled by md india.
