We had applied a mediclaim reimbursement for my mother in law mrs. Shantaben dani who was admitted in saifee hospital in the month of may '17 & discharged on 8th may '17. We were asked by her treating dr. Mavani to come for a follow up at his client on16th may '17.
When we visited him on 16th may '17, he took ecg & charged us rs. 2000/-.
We submitted the claim papers towards hospital expenses alongwith all the reports during admission in the hospital as well as the post consultation ecg report. Unfortunately we missed attaching the receipt of rs. 2000 charged by dr. Mavani on 16th may '17.

As soon as we found the receipt we submitted the same with a covering letter & took an acknowledgement from md india. (Attached all the copies) on 1st june '17.
Since then we have been following up with them, but they keep on sending mails & ask for original receipt as well as ecg reports.
We have also written to them umpteen times that we have submitted the original reports as well as the receipt, but they are not reimbursing the claim amount even after following up for almost 2 months.
We request you to please help us claim this amount
