Mdindia Healthcare Services — wrongly deduction of claiming amount

Respected sir,
I P.K.Trivedi, have a complain as under.
My mdid no.is 13995375. My c.c.n. is
Mdis [protected].
As i claimed my mediclaim for rs.88850.
But your office had deducted rs.15000.
With argument that assistant surgen is not allowed insuch case..
I explained that i have two surgery for two separet bodyparts.one for prostet done by urologisr docor amit doshi.second for hurnia by dr.Bhavin Patel.
Both have done this surgery..separetly .
Hence i claimed charges for both separetlu.
After receved my claimed ammount i request your office explaining this to reviu
My case with this point.
But your office not consider this .
So i request you to revieu my case with
