MDU — Checking of Exam

Name of examination = M.com.
Name of exam = Principal of Management
Semester = 1st
Subject code = 16MCO21D3
Date of Exam = 26/06/2021
Date of Result = 13/09/21

Respected Sir/Madam

I am a student of 1 year M.com. I have given my exam on 26/06/2021. And my exam was also gone good but was given 000 Marks. How is that possible. I have copy of my exam.
i was sure for my marks above 60 but i dont know how they declared my result as failed in the subject.so i had to appear for the re-appear exams. we dont know whether they even check the copies or not.
Please check this. It's humble request.
