MDU Rohtak — MDU is not giving admission to students in 2nd year

Dear sir, i am aakash
I am a student of mdu rohtak studying at a affiliated college hindu boys collage, sonipat, haryana.
I am persuing b.com (Hons) from there.
I have 6 subjects. When my st semester result was declared i have 4 reappears because i was suffering from facial paralysis in exams and now they are not admitting me in 2nd year. Its not only about me, they are not admitting any student who has more than 3 reappears. Now my question is this "is there any chance they will give me admission or i just had to commit suicide like other students?"
