The claim no.14724781 was submitted on 13th june 2017. After almost 2 months there was a message that claim got declined because the hospitalization period was less than 24 hrs.in fact the hospitalisation period was more than 24 hrs where as the hospital completed bill payment and discharge formalities half an hr earlier due to lunch time off for the counter. A clarification letter given by the hospital was submitted almost a month back. No replies so far. The customer care toll free no has become useless because it is extremely difficult to get connected. I got fed up by just pressing required button on my phone. Very bad service.
