Dear concern, My mother Mrs. Mili Sen (mobile [protected]) got her first covishiled injection at Medica (Ruby) on 17th March 2021 at 3pm. Her second dose she received from corporation centre, as that point of time vaccine was not available at Medica. Now, her first dose, which she got from Medica, as stated above, not updated in the portal. Due to this, she is unable to get the vaccine certificate. She called several times to the Medica customer care, and git confirmation that it will update soon. But, unfortunately, even after continuous follow up for last 4 months it is not updated in the portal. She is senior citizen and this kind of mismanagement causes anxiety for her.
