They never gives a token or time. They call names without any proper announcement tool. And the rude behaviour does not make sense because every patient and their family is bound to visit a medical facility. And we don't have any voice because of that. This is to inform you that yesterday during Hemodialysis, there was a huge blood loss due to negligence on hospital part for which the staff were accusing the patient(Prasun Chatterjee, my father) of removing the needle.
