Medica Super Speciality Hospital — inappropriate attitude of hospital staff to the patient.

Mshk is fci empanelled and technically sound hospital, that is for why i use to come here for a better treatment, but it is regretted that staff behavior getting worst day by day. They are aggressive and non cooperative in attitude. There are some instances,
1. 10 june, i had came for opd consultation and just like before i reached to the ortho opd and asked for billing, the lady attendant with yellow uniform (Not the doctor co-ordinator) said that have you done your billing? I said no, then she told me to get it done from out side at first, "kaha kaha se a jate hai."
As per before, i had thought that the billing for opd consultation were used to done at respective opd counter. But, how do i know that the system has been changed! And why i am supposed to get some ridiculous comment from hospital employee???

2. During the admission at corporate desk, a staff named anjali, misbehaved with me a lot. Having token, i had to wait for 20 minutes to enter, then seeing my paper (Issued by doctor co-ordinator) she said it is wrongly filled up by co-ordinator, so get it corrected. I agreed with her approach & requested for not let me wait again by taking token. She denied very rudely. Having their fault why i have to get it corrected? Why i have to wait throughout a day for admission. She argued with me in a very rude, apolite, aggressive and bad mannerred way and told me that it is the administrative rule.
3) nursing staff are too inadequate, most of the time our cabin were left without any attendendant. I had to wait for more than 15 minutes after request for help, to have a urin pot, to have a glass of drinking water, to have a mask, to get my bed rise up etc. The urine pot (After urinate usually sticker to the bed side) was being cleaned after several hours.
4) at last, the doctors are god for patient and helps us get rid off from the problem. Most of the doctor are very careful, polite, gentle to the patient. But, the dr. Ghosh came for insertion of catheter of me, seems very disturbed and irritated as the nursing staff failed to do that. He approached in very humiliating manner to me and told me in scolding manner that "oi oi kapor tol, kapor tol," i didn't expect a doctor using some language to his patient.
4) why someone ot patient relatives has to wait out side of inner premises? At least one ot patient attendant should allow to wait at the inner premises of the hospital till the ot is going on.
5) after the one week of ot, i had to go to the hospital to obtain a certificate from the treating doctor. 5) after one of my ot, i had to visit the hospital to obtain a certificate from doctor. But after the repeated request for quick response, i had to wait for more than 100 minutes to have it. Ofcourse, the co-ordinator had arranged a wheel chair for me to sit to wait for the long time.
