On 20/11/2017 myself & spouse with my 4 years old son went to the hospital at 9:45 am, to meet dr. Anirban chatterjee for which we submitted the file at the front-desk from where it was submitted to the preparation room at bay 4.
When i asked them about tentative time for visit... They said they have a system & they will call in due time.
At 2:30 pm we were called, my son was laid on the bed. They plugged the cutting m/c and said that it is not working.
They call their maintenance team.. Took the machine and came back after 30 min..
I asked them.. The answer was not working.. Pls wait
Some internal discussion was going on and i was only told to wait.
At 4:45 pm i was told to give my mobile no. They will contact me as they had made a indent for a new machine and they will contact me after its arrival..
This is yours super specialty. Your's system.
Its shame that you do not have any alternative, no spare, no preventive maintenance and you claim to be certified by nabh, nabl etc.
I will mark this copy to the medical board as well as to the certified bodies and others.
You are there to remove our stress but you made me stressed. Whole day we suffered as we came from along distance, we could not go for food as they were unable to tell the time, my days wages gone for this simple issue.
After all you made a child suffer...
Hope you will take immediate action.. And make your vision, mission success
