Me and my husband had taken 1st dose covaxin from mukundapur medica on 12th april, now today when we went to kmc centre for 2nd dose, they declined to give us the 2nd dose as medica havenot uploaded 1st dose certificate in cowin website..went to medica they said portal is frozen now and they cannot help now..we are on 5th week and have to take it by 6th week, donot know what to do now..we are helpless, cdnot get vaccinated even running to places.pls help somone.
