Medical Doctor — No network

I do live in noida secter 61 .because of network i cant use my phone for the past two months .it was ok before.I am at a loss that what else I should add .the network in this area is not working as it used to work before if I go outside the house in park it works.it used to work.
My wife's phone is just the same no network.please do it now .it has been for too long with out network.or you want me to change my net provider like Vodafone.
