Claimed Amount 476592 and Approved 397389 when enquired your team amount to less.
The said no need pay 83000 pay only 56000 and 26830 this amount is not required to pay.
But hospital it is not mentioned and again after discussion with your team reconciliation was sent by hospital but only 4000 was approved by your team.
Nearly 6 hours we need waiting for just approval from your team and that also only for 4000.
Please clarify is not all acceptable request pay the remaining amount quickly.
