[Resolved] Medimanage — No intimation given for renewal | |||||
I Have taken health insurance from medimanage 3-4 yrs back under family floater policy. my Insurance was due on Nov 2016 and in October 2016 I got notice saying that rates are change and they will inform me about revised rates .. but did not get any intimation from medimanage and oriental insurance regarding new rates. Because of which my policy expired my parents were covered in that policy .. Now getting new policy for my parent is next to impossible due to there age .. thanks to medimanage ... pathetic service .. one thing they are suppose to do and the messed up in that.. I am sure in case of clams they will provide same pathetic service ... Was this information helpful? | |||||
