Payment not returned after returning the product. I have ordered a product on 20th of May. Since the product was wrongly send i returned the product. I have handed over the product to courier person. Its almost 2 months since i returned the product. But they are not sending my payment back to the account and on top of that no one is replying on any status. My amount of 700 is struck and not able to get it back after a lot of escalations. Order number OR17210JC-010A return order

      My medicine has been picked already and refund has not been received.

          Im getting like 2-3 calls on daily basis from medlife through their IVR and then wait for the IVR to handover to the customer agent to force people buy their medicines.

              I have informed at your customer care number a larger no. of times..But your company is not resolving my problem. My order Id is OR4398TMC-005A. Due to mistake of your delivery boy and technical staff I am facing a lot of problems. Now its over to my patience. Kindly take the hard steps for my refund. Your staff is properly known by my problem. So please discuss with them and help me out ASAP. I have financial emergency. So i need money urgently.The money is still not credited to my wallet and its balance is still zero .Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

                I never registered my self with medlife on any account, still they are sending messages on my mobile - [protected]. I want them to delete my account and my mobile number from their database and stop sending me messages.

                  I am getting too much calls from medlife team . They are harrassing me too much .

                  I am just frusted and I just want to unsubcribe from their portal .
                  It is causing me too much mental stress . I want you to help me .

                    I want to delete my medlife account permanently but there's no any option of deleting account in medlife page or app. I receive 5-10 promotional and ads text messages from medlife and it irritating.

                    Please do something needful as early as possible.

                        Please provide the option of deleting the medlife account. Every day I gots irritating calls and massages.I have done DND also but still there massages not stopped
                        Also, there are no options to stop calling and message on mobile.

                              They keep calling with spam calls, no choice, just a tone in backend. And they call at any time of the day multiple times a day. I even asked them to never call me but still they keep calling me.
                              They have over 10000 spam reports on truecaller for a reason

                                  Order no - #OR6760LXB-001A

                                  This is to inform you that i have order 3 strip
                                  of Medicine and while return request it was selected 1 Strip for PANTOSEC 40MG TABLET 10 but I have returned 3 strip(10 tablet each)
                                  Also i get the message when the pick boy picked up the 3 strip.

                                  I got 1 strip Refund amount of Rs. 94.92

                                  But remaining 2 strip refund is pending of Rs. 189.84

                                  I emailed on 6th June at there given email Id [protected]@medlife.com and they said we are working and will resolved this shortly.

                                  Till today(28.07) I'm getting the same response from there team.

                                    I am getting too many messages and calls from the Medlife. Whenever i get calls i have requested to update my number in DND list. kindly please do something and notify the concerned person to remove my number from your list of promotional messages and calls. I am getting calls since last three months and there is no such option to unsubscribe or remove this detail from the medlife account

                                      After complaining dozens of time for unregister my number, as they call 3 to 4 times every day during my work hours and disturbing me during my important work calls, they still call me everyday. This is just ridiculous of their services and want to really move ahead a file a case for mental harassment on medlife. They have crossed the limit. I nearly lost my client due to such spam calls for their stupid offers.
