I orderd 2 kg crude whey flavor protein 1 is choclate and another one is cafe latte flavor from big muscle with order id- 332588 DATED – 26/4/2022 worth INR 2402 The order was delivered on 28/4/2022.
The very same time, I open the box and i got only one kg crude choclate flavor and cafe latte is missing
Then i complaint to customer care and mail to support big muscle mail but no one give right answer all are say that wait we are checking
So plz help me

Had been to purchase medicine today at 12.30pm on the 3rd april 2020 from new life medical and general store the amount the medicine of the medicine is rs. 380/- and the chemist guy is charging us rs. 620/- to us during the lock down thats happening in mumbai it, shows in the conversation in the video attached, the same medicine i bought from mahim chemist the bill attached i got it on 10% discount... Need you'll to take a serious action on the chemist during an bad phase that we all are facing he is taking advantage o[censored]s... He would also be cheating other the people the same way.

I'm travelling from vellore to sriperumbudur in this bus now. This bus fare cost is very high (Rs.107) but going slow and stand in every stop. I asked driver and conductor but response is very bad and they are telling bus will going always like this, if i need to go quick get another bus and the is not quick bus.
I need to complaint this type of irresponsible persons.

I had ordered two creams via order no.[protected] but i received a mail stating that the your order has been cancelled due to non availability of products. Now as the money has been debited it should be refunded to me which is not being done till date . I had ordered the products on 8th sep 2016. The total amount of my order was Rs 855/-.
I have tried the customer care no. Zillion times but it is out of order. Apart from this I have given so many reminders but no reply has received by them till date.
Strict action should be taken agains these people who are forging people and taking away the hardship money without giving the product

I have ordered for my medicine on 29 July, 2016 but due to some issues I had canceled my order & I sent email to [protected]@bigchemist.co.in about this issue & I got reply from Big chemist customer care as your money will deposit within 7 to 10 days.

But its been around 90 days I tried to taken followup but there is no response from Big chemist.

Hence requesting you please do the needful for my money and return it asap.

I had placed an order[protected] on 15th june 2016. I have tried calling their numbers but there is no response. I have written 8 reminders, given my bank neft so that if they are unable to deliver the medicine, they should refund. They have not even responded to my mails. It appears to be a big scam and my hard earned money is being illegally being held up..

I had placed an order and money transferred on 18th Aug,
Even after 18 days, no delivery and no refund of my money.
When I follow on customer care, I was told there are many people who have lost their money like me and that they can't help and their manager has asked them not to entertain such calls asking for refund.

I had placed an order on bigchemist.com on 17th august, 2016 (Order id:[protected] and paid the amount rs 447.95 using my paytm account. However, till date my order is showing as under process. I had uploaded my medical prescription as well.

Since then, i have email big chemist on their email address: [protected]@bigchemist.com several times, i have messaged them on their facebook page and raised a support ticket on 17. August, 2016 on their website as well but no response so far.
Please close this website this is a fraud site.

I had placed an order on bigchemist.com on 4th august, 2016 (order id:[protected] and paid the amount rs 600 using my paytm account. however, till date my order is showing as under process. i had uploaded my medical prescription as well.

Since then, i have email big chemist on their email address: [protected]@bigchemist.com several times, i have messaged them on their facebook page and raised a support ticket on 15 august, 2016 on their website as well but no response so far. only their facebook page replied once, where they asked me to be patient but since august 10, 2016 they have stopped replying to my messages.

I tried calling their mobile number ([protected]) but it is unavailable while the number of their store[protected] says they cannot take responsibility of online orders and deal with only offline orders! so virtually there is no way i connect with their customer care over phone.

Up until now, i have exhausted every medium to communicate to them my query but to no avail. i cannot cancel my order nor i can ask them to refund the amount i have paid already!

My order number is[protected] and made payment on 07 aug...order not yet shipped and no response from customer support. This is a suspected case of frauding people and many lost their money...after trying to contact with so many times on email, they didnt gave a valid response.they always accepting payment and not delivering items which are always urgent in nature. Pls look into this matter and necessary action may taken to protect customers money

Product order no.[protected] ordered online from bigchemist promised a 2 day delivery. Order was dated 4th aug, 2016, the order is still not delivered. The company is not responding on facebook page. Their customer complain number is switched off. The order is prepaid to the value of rs. 747
They are doing fraud, please stop them

Hi, i have placed an order with detail as order #[protected]Placed on august 7, 2016 10:00:55 pm ist). I have made full payment of rs 1204.30. No status update on order, no response to customer care, even wrong number updated on site. I am surprised how come people are using this bloody online site. I need my money back at the earliest. Never use this site again will recommend all not use bigchemist website. Total fraud it seems.

I ordered a product worth rs. 368.20 on bigchemist.Com on 27 june 2016. My order was not processed even after 8 days so i contacted customer care cell no but they never picked my call so i registered a complaint on website. After nearly 15 days they cancelled my order giving reason of non availability of products. So i asked them refund. Since a month i continuously ask for refund and every time they post a same reply that your refund will be processed within 7-10 days but now it's almost a month but they haven't initiated a refund. I have bill and chat history about complaint.

I placed an order[protected]Placed on august 2, 2016 9:10:41 pm ist) at bigchemist.Com and the company is not updating the status of the order, they are not respreonding to the emails sent at [protected]@bigchemist.Com & [protected]@bigchemist.Co.In, the phone no [protected] provided on their website is also does not exists there is another no[protected] which they pick but the person there always say that this is retail department and we are not responsible for online orders.

Please either arrange the refund or get my order delivered.
