Ordered 6 medicines with prescription or2712fc-001a. Received only 5 and they have not given restyl.25mg. Firstly they told sleeping tab and next time out of stock. They apologized and then they give another order or2712fc-002a. That also cancelled telling out of stock. 20 days have gone without that medicine. Other pharmacist not giving restyl alone. Mine senior citizen and facing horrible time without that medicine. I could not sleep.
Facing mental agony. Not informed about this problem.
Medlife made my life very miserable.

I placed order on 25th may 2017 and received confirmation of delivery on 26th may, i called up them on 27th and 28th they reply will get tomorrow by 1:00 pm and you will get message etc. No one is responding, how many days i have to wait for the medicine, they are very careless, i request to all not to buy medicine from them their every promise is false, they not even understand it is medicine and can harm if person do not get daily dosage.
Very dangerous

Every time, i hv recd short qty.. this time (Order NO. OR0539QA-006A) i hv sent my order qty on their mail is with order no. .
Still i have recd shorty qty. this happened in every order.
There is no positive response from Medlife...
if they don't want provide proper service then stop to irritate people

on 14.07.2017, Mr. sandeep (Supervisor) had taken my order for undelivered medicine. Delivery is expected by 16.05.2017 evening and I am shocking yesterday i recd sms from Medlife that "YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN RESCHEDULE FOR 17.05.2017 AS PER CUSTOMER REQUEST" but i need this medicine on urgent basis, then why i am giving such instruction, Medlife people trying to fool people,

today i.e. 17.05.2017, still i didn't recd my medicine, i called their customer service, they just say sorry (Mr. Subhash) that's it. then don't have reason why there was delay. surprising when i ask Mr. Subhash for his full name, employee id & Mumbai office address, he said that in medlife there is co. policy that do not disclosed their office address even their full name also.

i need your help to open medlife real face in front of people, .

One of the biggest mistake i did by booking my medicines through Medlife International Ltd. Order # OR1286AC-001A

First of all the person who came to pick the prescription did not have any etiquette nor was his tone right while speaking to the customer.
Medicines ordered on Monday got delivered on Thursday when i had urged them to deliver by Tuesday end of day for which i was given an assurance as well.
When they finally came to deliver the medicine today, the insulin box was tampered (received 4 cartridges instead of 5 ) while the bill was also made for 4 without taking any consent.
Had placed a call on Wednesday morning to add few medicines for which i got a confirmation that it will be done for sure but those never reached.
When i called the customer care today, they casually replied that the order can be returned back but the refund will take 8 to 9 days!!

Medlife has got a bunch of jokers operating for them and this is the worst service across and by a distance .

Will Medlife reply and justify for the following
For appointing sensless people to pick medical prescriptions
For delay in delivering the medicines
For sending tampered cartridge box.
For ignoring the request to add medicines.

OR2265WB-001A I had placed this order on 25.04.2017 order was supposed to be received on 27.04.2017 but u delayed the order and I received on 28.04.2017
I made online payment on 27.04.2017 your delivery person delivered the order at my residence on 28.04.2017 again asked payment of Rs.837.00 from my parents as the delivery person asked for payment my parents paid him Rs.837.00
I made payment twice for same order of Rs.837.00
On 28.04.2017 i called your customer executive he assured me i will get my cash refund by Saturday i.e. on 29.04.2017 or Max to max by Sunday i.e. on 30.04.2017 I waited for your delivery person to drop cash back at my residence but after waiting for the whole 2 days at home none of your delivery person turned up. I waited on 1.05.2017 and finally on 01.05.2017 around 9.20 pm i called your customer executive again who assured me to refund my money by Tuesday evening I.e.on 02.05.2017 but again a false commitment from your side.
Again after waiting for 24 hrs i called back on 02.05.2017 where firstly i came to know my complaint was not registered on 28.04.2017 secondly after talking to him he put me hold for more then 5 mins then he said we need to check with our accounts department we cannot assure you about when we will refund your money inspire of asking him again and again he was unable to answer any of my queries. Again he put me on hold for some internal queries and finally after waiting for another 2 mins he disconnected my call.
This is how you give customer service to your customers.
I am concerned about my money and I want my Rs.837.00 refund ASAP.
I don't want any false commitment from your side . Its my hard earn money and I want it ASAP.

Order id is=or4451pa-004a placed on 4-april and its been more then 22day i have not received refund of this order. Every day im calling and asking for a proof of refund they guys not replying properly. They are saying we have proceed by 11april but yet its not reflected in my bank i also talk with bank they said medlife has not proceed. I hope i will get my refund soon.

I had ordered for a medicine on 1st of April and i had to nearly 10 calls to get for my delivery and i was promised a call back from agent still did not get call back and also every time i call someone takes the phone and they tell will check and get back on the order status and there is no response and also i paid for entire order i have yet to be delivered 3 strips which is not delivered till now it is been more than 96 hours i have not got my remaining tablets.Horrible service worst experience i would recommend not to buy any medicine from med life at all which is a worst experience for me.

I have ordered medicine from medlife on 13 February 2017 but instant of gemcal d3 they have delivered gemcal ds we have uploaded prescription on 13 February 2017 got a confirmation call as well spell all the required medicine name but still they people are doing mistake and the other thing when I called on customer care on[protected]mentioned on medicine box) no one pick the call after searching all numbers I called on[protected] they promise me they willsend someone for return the medicine but still no one has come this kind of worst service we got it from medlife and they are never send medicine as per promise in 24 hours after calling pickup boy so many times they come to deliverd medicine till 9pm.

I have ordered two medicine from medlife one is foracort and other is mucotab. The one foracort have provided me is correct, however the other medicine (Mucotab) is different. I have ask medlif to refund and collect the medicine. I have received the medicine on 22/12/2016. I have call their customer care on same day and place my request fro refund. Also i have email them through app. However i have not receive any response from them.

This is to complain against medlife international pvt ltd a online pharmacy store suppling wrong
medicines,
i had ordered for suprocal on 19/11/2016 & subsquently their person had collected prescription by Dr
sunilkumar singh for supracol pro, & they supplied supraal 1000 i am requesting them to tack back their
wrongly supplied medicines which they are not ready to take back. pl let me know why should the
pharmacist be held responsible for supplyong wrong medicines. this is supracol were it to any other life
threatening medicine who were to be responsible.
hence you are requested either take action against them for supplying wron medicines and also pay
compensation by taking back their medicines wrongly supplied

I have placed order on medlife and they collected prescription from me but they didn't deliver the medicine on time so i cancelled the order. When i called them again regarding to return my prescription they are always saying it will deliver same day. I called 3 times and they tell me same answer but still i didn't got my prescription. Please do something.

I have ordered medicne for my dad he is diabitic n kindey patient..those medicines were vry imp for me...they promise they deliver in 24hrs but they did not..n thy hve taken my precription so I cnt get medicines frm chemist...I hv ordered on 23rd nov 2016 n till today 28th nov 2016 have not received. ..vry careless...they are not trustworthy. ..they play with ppl emotions. ..evn the manager mr.jatish shetty useless man did not reverted us back. Dont evn inform us medicines wik be late... v hv to follow up..dont evn call bck.

Medlife gv a full front page ad in toi newspaper, promising delivery of medicines online within 24/48 hrs. They entice with minimum 20% discount on purchases. Its been more then 4 days but yet the delivery is not done. And the worst part is they handicap us patients cause their representative takes away the original prescription, which as a patient we trustingly gv away to them for verification purposes. Innumerable calls and emails iv put to them, but they just go on verbally lying but not delivering the medicines bk or the prescription. Not a single reply has come from them willingly. They are harrasing and in a way cheating us poor patients. Pls take them to task.

have ordered(or6945n-001a) some very important drugs for my mother on[protected] and promise was to deliver it within 24 hours...But these irresponsible company persons told at the final moment that they won't deliver it and need 1 more day...

This is not available easily locally and they already took my prescription.Now i am in real trouble...From where will i get the midicine!!!how will i give this to my mother!!!the irresponsible guy mr.Kiran (floor supervisor) was so adament and careless..

This is really lethargic approach not informing me in advance...These guys should be thrown out of the medical field for playing with human lifeeee...
