Screen shots attached herewith for above order.

Order was confirmed on the same day at 4:30 pm by SMS from Medlife as per the attached screen shot.

On 21/01/2020 9:12 am, I received SMS from Medlife informing that the order is under process and will be delivered by 22/01/2020 9:00 pm (screen shot of SMS from Medlife is attached).

Upon above order confirmation, on 21/01/2020 11:03 am, I paid Rs. 1, 193.22 as confirmed by Medlife SMS copy attached.

On 23/01/2020 8:50 pm I called Medlife inquiring the status of my order. The customer service representative informed me that it is still pending due to one item (Aloevera Gel) is out of stock and due to this reason my order is not delivered. Therefore, I request Medlife customer representative to remove this item (Aloevera Gel) and deliver the rest of the item as my diabetic medicine was finished and need urgently.

On 24/01/2020 Medlife delivered the order with invoice (copy attached).

Upon scrutinizing the invoice I found that they have changed the discount rate for diabetic medicine from 20% to 18% and for other medicine from 18% to 15% as compared to the initially offered at the time of order placed.

I called on 24/01/2020 Medlife and sent Email to Medlife asking them to refund the amount of removed item from the order as follows:

Total ordered amount as per the order placed Rs. 1, 202.70
Less cost of item (Aleovera Gel) removed from order Rs. 98.40
___________
Total cost of the order Rs. 1, 104.30

Amount paid by online Rs. 1, 193.00
Less Total cost of the order as above Rs. 1, 104.30
____________
Differential amount (to be refunded) Rs. 88.70

Despite my several call and emails Medlife refused to refund Rs. 88.70 and they are insisting that they will refund only Rs. 26.33 which is not acceptable to me.

I hereby request you to assist me to get my refund of Rs. 88.70 from Medlife.

Thanking you
