I am filing a complaint against MedPlus India for their failure to deliver my prescribed medication, Zosert 100mg, despite my urgent requests. They have ignored my pleas for reparation, causing significant inconvenience and distress. I request the consumer court to investigate and ensure MedPlus India rectifies this issue promptly and provides compensation for the negligence in fulfilling their obligation to provide timely medication delivery.
