Yesterday I went to your outlet in Besant Nagar to buy medicines. Since some of the items were not readily available, the raised an order (OTNMM[protected]) and delivered the medicines by evening. When I checked the items, I found that against my order for UrimaxDx 30s, they have procured
UrimaxD 15s. Immediately I reported this. This morning when I went to the shop, they again ordered on line (OTNMM[protected]). 30s monthly pack is economical. For an error occurred at your end, I was forced to order for two packs to avail 20% discount. What was surprising, the store refused adjustment of value against the new order and said it will be done next month. This is ununderstandable. Please ensure that I get immediate credit.

    I have taken sheet of 15 calcium tablets from medplus shimoga, for my grand mother but unfortunately that does makes allergy for her. While taking they said it comes in a pack of 15 but now they are not taking medicine back it is loss for me.So I have requested the medplus to take back 13 tablets. But they were saying they do not have option.
    What we should do with that tablets it simply go wasted. Please look forward.

      Medplus Gorakshabasi road, Kolkata- 700028, displays leaflets and posters about home delivery of medicines frequently. But actually they don't. It's not the amount of ordered medicine less or more, they just don't provide such service and tell us to complain in head office. So I'm complaining about this. Sometimes persons named Ashis if present, try to arrage positively, but none of other stuff did ever. I'm last faced their denial with rude behavior today (1.10.2021) at 8:15 p.m.

        Hi I am Prithivi Raj, my father he is senior citizen went to shop today to buy medicine, they made mistake in bill made my father to pay 130Rs extra, this is second time it happened to us after he came home we noticed it and went and asked, they harassed my father in front of all and told not to go to shop again, everything happened without our mistake, it's not fare at all.
