I have purchased close to 10 suit pieces from Meena Bazar V3S mall. On the very first day of wearing the threads started coming out of the fabric and spots of dark color print spread all over the base. When raised it up with the shopkeeper he took one week to agree on exchange. I requested for stitching loss to be borne by meena bazaar as i spent 1500 on stitching but a lady Komal called me after 20 days with continued follow up that our policy is not to reimburse. She was equally rude in her dealing.
I think if the policies are not customer centric these should not exist. If i have bought a suit piece i will obviously get it stitched and if fabric is of poor quality then i will face loss of stitching charges as well.
This is humiliating and if not addressed immediately i will certainly take this up with Consumer Complaints Forum.
We are not sitting here to be cheated by every vendor just because they want to make lavish money.
They also ensured that I get a call back only after the sale is over. Was this information helpful? |
