Good morning,
I wanted to complain against Meena Bazaar and their excessive amount of callings and texts received. Every day there are atleast 2-5 calls and texts from Meena Bazaar. I try to block but they manage to call from different numbers every time. I am a student and preparing for a serious exam and it is mentally harassing me now. It is been 2 years since the time I first shared my number for billing purposes when I bought...

Its threads got stretched after wearing twice and not washed yet but seller refused to entertain our complaint as he had no records
We bought 4 items from him and only this sarees record was missing from his computer

    Low quality of products

    I purchased a suit from its NSP Pitampura store of Rs. 11500 in Feb 23 at the time of sale. To my surprise it got torn in one wear. I made compliant to store manager. He talked rudely and was not ready to get it even fixed. And bluntly told me that once sold no guarantee of product. It is such a worst experience....

    Meena bazar sells defective products in their sale. 3 of our sarees turned out to be defective. The refused to exchange or get them fixed. Lady supervisor at the store is also very rude. She was shouting and misbehaving with the customers in the store. The sale is a gimmick to sell defective products.

      We had purchased a saree from Meena Bazaar for Rs. 3950 on 30 March 2022. We did not like the product. They forced us to send it by courier and did not arrange pickup from their end. They have received the product and now will not reverse the transaction. They are forcing us to take store credit for which we do not agree. Consumers have the right to choose from whom to buy. Meena Bazaar refund policy is completely wrong and not acceptable and against the consumer interest. All big companies have mechanism in place to arrange pickup. Meena

          I bought 2 sarees from.meena bazar central market...meena bazar generally does the fall work thing on saaree...I bought the sarees in July but I forgot to give it for putting fall on the sarees...Today I went to the same store in central market along with the hard copy of bill...The manager or sales man asked for charges to put fall on the sarees...he asked for rupees 100 for each saree...I bought several products from.meena bazar in last 3 months ...from rajori from.karol bagh from.kamla nagar as well...none of the staff was so incoperative as central markets ones were to us today ...if fall on the sarees is being put by meena bazar only then the rule must have been same for all the branches...even though I was carrying the bill...pls acknowledge the issue ...

            My residential address & my phone number was mentioned in the invoice which was sent to a different customer by Meena Bazaar. That customer called me assuming I am an executive from Meena Bazaar.

            Meena Baazar has not kept my details confidential & sent it to another customer. Upon contacting them they said this is human error.

            I am not sure to how many customers my personal information have been sent this way.

              I had placed an order on 3rd november for a lehenga for a wedding on 1st in vadodra from moi noida and delivery was due on 25th november.

              As your office said that they cannot deliver it to vadodra, i had booked a flight for it to be delivered via someone.

              Due to your teams negligence and lack of proactiveness i had to cancel the flight for 25th as the product wasn’t ready and suffered a loss of 9600/-rs from my end.

              Then i was informed that it will be delivered on 28th.

              On 28th i was informed that it cannot be delivered on 28th and is stuck in a truck caught by police and that it will be delivered on 30th

              I fail to understand this much of time delay.
              And how is it being taken lightly, because of your employee’s promise i made arrangements and suffered loss, which your team does not consider a loss at all.
              I had informed the team at moi that it needs to go to vadodra and hence will be picked up from noida.

              So for an item worth 25000 approx i have spent additional 9600/- because of your teams carelessness.

              And as if this wasn’t enough, the next date given was 30th, as the wedding is tomorrow i myself waited till 30th to receive the lehenga and board a flight at 9:30pm

              Since evening the team has been trying to figure the whereabouts of the product and are asking me to wait till the product reaches at 7:30 -8 pm at my house.

              Please put yourself in this situation and think how will you react to this???

              So i wait till i miss my flight???

              Who the # is going to bear the expense of these cancelllllled flightsss???
              Why should i suffer the loss because your teams lack of responsibility.
              And guess what i had to cancel it aggaaaainnnn!!! This is heights o[censored]nprofessionalism on your part and deeply disappointing.
              Customer means nothing to you.
              For a piece worth 25000/- i donot even get time to have a proper look at it? Instead i am told that it will reach you by 7-8 pm so if there is something wrong i cannot even have it done.

              Amaziiinnnngggg service meena bazaaarr!!!
              It cannot get worse than this.
              I have been shopping meena bazaar from 5-6 years & would never shop again from any of your outlets.

                I am a frequent visitor to the retail chain, meena bazaar, which sells ethnic indian clothes for women. Its astonishing to see the kind of false pricing strategies and low quality product used by them to lot and fool the customer. On several occasions, i have found that they are making fool to every customer with low quality of product with high prices using there brand name.                 I bought saree on 14 dec 2017 from chandni chowk branch which is of bad quality as it has several holes in it... I got it ready also, i have many sarees of your brand but today i am disheartened as i wore it with pride and my colleagues pointed out that it contains holes... I have 3 more sarees of same type and what is the use of it? I trusted your company so much and got it ready immediately... I dinn check at the time of purchase..
                I went to crown plaza sec 16 meena bazar to purchase some sarrees..the staff there was taking among themself. They are least bothered to show us stuff.some actio n must be taken reagrding this.also the prices are too high please make it a lilttle affordable.

                    Even after sending/making lots of mail/calls nobody from spectranet is taking any action regarding wire underground work and account of this there is frequently disconnection issue with the link. And before purchasing the link I've told to sales person that we would required underground wiring he said that no issue it will be done withing 15 days of activating the link but that work is still pending, , really very disappointed

                      I had the second worst experience with Meena Bazaar. Bought sarees for 45, 000/- from their EDM Mall, Ghaziabad branch and wore one of the saree for 2 hrs and it got teared from the base, basically the fabric is very bad and the whole saaree material is very poor. On reporting the incident tro the store manager, EDM mall, he behaved rudely and told that he can't do anything and that they don't take guarantee of the saree. I am never going to buy any material from them and will tell my frnds and relatives tro never visit the meena bazaar store seing their pathetic response. Also, since i am a lawyer by profession, i will be filing a legal notice on tuesday. I would suggest everyone to not to buy any material from meena bazaar because in addition to their clothes, the behaviour of their staff and managers is totall unprofessional and rude. Minus rating from my side
                      I ordered a dress of small size which they sent of a mismatch dress combining 42 lower and 38 upper
                      After 20 days they take it back and send a dress of size 34 tag but size of lower and upper dis time is 42 both
                      After waiting i got a wrong dress
                      NOT GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH MEENA BAZAR GAURGAON

                        Hi, I had bought a kurti that was made to order and i was told that i would receive it in 7 days and the pricing was also discussed and bill was generated for the same with an advance of Rs 500/- was given to them with a bill of Rs 2950 /- generated by the sales man Priyanka and Ramesh as the manager. On Friday i get a call that its still not made and i will receive it by 27th October by Priyanka. to which i agreed, post calling on 27th Oct to collect teh same i was again told that it is still not ready and it will take another day and w shall deliver it t you by 2 pm, ( without any intimation or call from them). Once i did not receive any call from them i called again on 28th Oct and the staff ( Priyanak & Ramesh) wear extremely rude and started demanding for more money an stated that it has be re done ( whereas there was no such discussion that had happened initially ). They started discconnecting the calls, and also not ready to talk when called again and again. Such a disgusting and pathetic user experience with a dignified brand like Meena Bazar. This is what happens when the owners are not present and they make a fool out of there customers and try to rope in money and mentally harassing them .

                          I have purchased close to 10 suit pieces from Meena Bazar V3S mall. On the very first day of wearing the threads started coming out of the fabric and spots of dark color print spread all over the base. When raised it up with the shopkeeper he took one week to agree on exchange. I requested for stitching loss to be borne by meena bazaar as i spent 1500 on stitching but a lady Komal called me after 20 days with continued follow up that our policy is not to reimburse. She was equally rude in her dealing.
                          I think if the policies are not customer centric these should not exist. If i have bought a suit piece i will obviously get it stitched and if fabric is of poor quality then i will face loss of stitching charges as well.
                          This is humiliating and if not addressed immediately i will certainly take this up with Consumer Complaints Forum.
                          We are not sitting here to be cheated by every vendor just because they want to make lavish money.
                          They also ensured that I get a call back only after the sale is over.

                            I have purchased 3 suits from Meena Bazaar which are found to be defective. The suits were purchased from Meena Bazaar, Mahagun Mall, Vaishali, Ghaziabaad. I have paid stiching charges of Rs. 1000/- and surprised to note that the suit was torn after wearing itonce at different places. I made complaint to shop at Mahagun Mall. They had taken suit and send it to headoffice for exchange. Today I have received phonecall that the suit is not exchanged and I can collect it back. This is really cheating by Meena Bazzar. Incase, I dont get proper respose, I will file consumer complaint before District Forum.

                              too many marketing messages

                              Hi sir,

                              my complaint is regarding the daily useless messages about those sales etc. extreemely pissed of with such kind of messages that are sent many times in a day, just for their marketing purpose they dont realise how much incovenience 1 has to suffer, i dont really know who authorized them to send msgs on people's no. my request is that this should be immediately stopped
