I had bought a kurti that was made to order and i was told that i would receive it in 7 days and the pricing was also discussed and bill was generated for the same with an advance of Rs 500/- was given to them with a bill of Rs 2950 /- generated by the sales man Priyanka and Ramesh as the manager.
On Friday i get a call that its still not made and i will receive it by 27th October by Priyanka. to which i agreed, post calling on 27th Oct to collect teh same i was again told that it is still not ready and it will take another day and w shall deliver it t you by 2 pm, ( without any intimation or call from them). Once i did not receive any call from them i called again on 28th Oct and the staff ( Priyanak & Ramesh) wear extremely rude and started demanding for more money an stated that it has be re done ( whereas there was no such discussion that had happened initially ).
They started discconnecting the calls, and also not ready to talk when called again and again.
Such a disgusting and pathetic user experience with a dignified brand like Meena Bazar. This is what happens when the owners are not present and they make a fool out of there customers and try to rope in money and mentally harassing them .
