We had purchased a saree from Meena Bazaar for Rs. 3950 on 30 March 2022. We did not like the product. They forced us to send it by courier and did not arrange pickup from their end. They have received the product and now will not reverse the transaction. They are forcing us to take store credit for which we do not agree. Consumers have the right to choose from whom to buy. Meena Bazaar refund policy is completely wrong and not acceptable and against the consumer interest. All big companies have mechanism in place to arrange pickup. Meena
