I haven't received my order. Today message came that order arriving today but order didn't arrive. At night, I receive message that order has be cancelled according to customer request. I haven't requested anything. My order delivery number SF[protected]FPL

Hi am abhishek dokania and I am reseller in Meesho they have blocked my account and said that they will not give my margin balance of 10065 at any cost they say that your account is blocked no activity will be done but they are delivering my pending order and keeping margin with them . I guess they are doing very large amount of scam with lot of people please help me out with the problem

I Purchased 3 dresses from Meesho in the month of July (Payment Mode:Cash on Delivery). I Returned the Dresses on July 15, 2021.

July 20th I found that the Bank Account that I have saved in the application is the account I have closed few months back. Hence, I updated the Bank account number to the current one I am using.

1st Call. (July 21, 2021)
Called the support team, and they informed that refund has been initiated from their side on 15th July for one dress and 16th July for the other two dresses and I will receive the refund to the currently updated account number. Informed her regarding the account number change. She kept me on hold and disconnected the call.

2nd Call. (July 21, 2021)

3rd Call (July 22, 2021)

Called again as I did not receive the refund. I explained everything to an Agent (Mohammed Asif) He heard everything and informed that I will get a call from the escalation team in three working days. He confirmed that there is no Incident ticket to be raised for this as this will get processed.

3rd Call (July 28, 2021)

Called again as I did not receive the refund or any call from the escalation team. I again explained everything to an Agent, she heard everything and informed that I will definitely get a Call from the escalation team in three working days.

4th Call (August 4, 2021)

Called again as I did not receive the refund or any call from the escalation team. I again explained everything to an Agent, she heard everything and informed that I will definitely get a Call from the escalation team in three working days.

I am completely frustrated as they neither call me or refund my amount.

I have even emailed them the proof of the Account is closed many months back. There has been no update from them since then.

I am waiting for the refund for almost a month now for refund.

Few days back some random order (Order number #[protected]) through Meesho had been delivered to my location and asked for COD charges of Rs. 780/- which I paid at that time I thought my family might have placed that order. Although We have not placed any order. Now when I am trying to contact Meesho about that unknown order, Meesho is neither assisting nor answering my calls and emails...Meesho has no information about that seller or that person who placed that order and delivered it to my location..This is truly insane. How irresponsible Meesho is... There is no such privacy policy...Please intervene and help me to get my refund back as early as possible.

I have ordered two dresses today.Amount deducted but order not placed.i need my money

I have placed a order for bag on meesho app worth Rs 327 dated 31st july 2021. During the process order not placed but the amount has been deducted from my account. I have attached pictures of my account details. Kindly look into the matter and proceed with my refund.

Hello, I have tried to order clever cutter 1 quantity last night where I have paid the amount via google pay. My amount got deducted from my account but I have got message as payment cancelled. Hence order is not placed. Can you look into this issue ASAP.

Payment was made twice but order not placed and my refund will not initiated.

For the past couple of days someone is ordering from his account with delivery address as my home, my contact number and my mom's name.
When called on meesho customer care, they are hanging up the call directly after listening to the situation.
They are not taking any action or not even sharing the account from which the order has arrived under my name and contact.

I have placed my order in meesho but order not confirmed and money has been deducted from my account of 463

I'm Gowshiga, a Meesho user.My customer ordered a curtain cost 495 on July 7 and the excepted delivery date is given on July 17 but today is July 25. But yet the order didn't received.They made their payment through Net banking . But the order didn't received yet. My customer worries a lot. The tracking id shows the date of 13 July.The order id is [protected]. Please make the order as soon as possible.

I'm very rude to this app, because I ordered some shirt with xxl size but received xl size.again I exchanged it and again the xl instead of xxl size. I received the exchange product on this July 2nd. From then it is showing that exchange and return is not available in the app, from the 2nd July onwards I call the customer care daily, they always told me wait for 24 to 48hours, you'll be provided with return. I'm writing this review on July 22nd.till now my problem is not solved

I have ordered two dresses from meesho one of them have size issue i initiated return but first they updated will be picked up after three days and finally on 7 th without any attempt they cancelled pickup and i lost 945 of that dress and then again i ordered a designer lehnga worth 1145 got something completely cheap quality delivered and now it's more than 48 hrs. They have even not generated return. I m faded of calling customer care...

Complaint from Soorya vineesh .she ordered a fancy designer top and the customer didn't like that..the return of the product is unavailable and she parceled it to the meesho adress...the amount of the product is not return to the customer .
